Pattaya holiday & short-term condo rentals

If you plan to stay in Pattaya for a week or longer, you can get some good deals on a condo or a house. Can often find something more comfortable and spacious for the same or less than a hotel. Definitely better privacy.

I totally agree, Mike; always rent condo myself as I usually stay for min. 1 month. Most of the condos these days just can't be rented for only 1 month - you have to be there for a mininum of 2 months. In the website you are linking to, for instance, there are a handful of relatively pricey, but really nice condos in City Garden, where I've stayed once before for 3 months, but in all of them you have to stay for 2 months, unfortunately ;-)

Anyway, if you google "Holiday rentals Pattaya" or "Condo rental short time Pattaya" etc., there are lots of places that offer condos, but the tendencendy now is that they only want to rent them out for at least a couple of months. Good luck!

PS: And if any of you know of condo rentals in Central Pattaya that can be rented for 1 month (or less), please share the knowledge, thanks.

Yes, unfortunately City Garden has a 2-month minimum rental policy, and Avenue Residence has a 3-month minimum term. Seems like a bad policy for property owners who own property in the middle of the tourist and entertainment zone, doesn't it?

Why not check out Wongamat? Lots of restaurants, a decent scattering of bars along soi 18 and Naklua Road. And a short walk to Wongamat Beach. You can be at Pattaya Beach bars in less than 10 minutes by motor taxi.

This property can be rented for 7 days or longer during high season. Shorter terms available, but a 750 baht surcharge applies.
