Anyone have info. on Marina's Guesthouse hotel

Greetings,

 

I am coming to Pattaya in March and usually stay at Whitehouse Condotel but have heard the quality of this hotel has deteriorated markedly in the last year. Have heard good things about Marina's Guesthouse hotel--cannot find a web site for it but it is supposedly a relatively new hotel close to 3rd Road.

This is the address. I have heard it's clean and quiet and costs around Baht 1000 per night. If anyone has stayed here, please advise if it's a decent place.

I cant find that. Do you mean Marina Inn?

No--it is not same address as Marina Inn--it was recommended to me by friend of a friend. I could not find it in a search of the forum here but did find the address and phone number and a contact email online, but no web site.
