BTS Sukhumvit line final station

I was looking at this BTS map : http://www.bts.co.th..._nov2010_ok.jpg

Is "On Nut" still the final station ? Or has the service been extended towards Bearing station ?

If yes, does the bus from Pattaya stop at any of these stations (Bang Chak --> Bearing) ?

If no, is this extension planned for this century ?

Thanks.

On Nut is still final station on the Mo Chit/On Nut line

Farang = Walking ATM. TG's push the right buttons and money comes out. PIN = BBBJ

Incorrect. The new extension has been open for a few months now, the BTS goes all the way to Bearing. The map is accurate.

True, the last stop is now Bearing and the stop before is just after exiting the main road from Pattaya if you are on the bus so you do not have to travel all the way to Ekamai in the horrendous traffic, better to catch the Skytrain early and zip above it.

Another tip which might apply if you need it is from Bangkok centre catch the train to the airport and then a Pattaya bus or Bell Services bus to Pattaya. More expensive but so much quicker.

That was exactly the goal of my question.

I usually get off the bus at On Nut.

If I now can get off earlier, that's even better.

Never tried, but yes, that's an idea to consider.

Thanks!
