Sorry for the late update, ended up at the sunshine hotel on soi 8, Asiarooms.com must have had one on reserve. for 2 days it came out to 7900thb, Was a decent hotel. But besides that was a great newyearks in pattaya. I really do appreciate everyones help expecially so quickly.
