bangers in february

i will be staying in bangkok on my return from patts. i am currently booked at the nana hotel for 2 nights. i am not getting too many good reviews of this place. i dont have any money tied into my reservation. any other hotels close by the action?

Would not stay there! I have also heard a lot of bad things about it. What is your budget? There are plenty of nice hotels in the area.

 

Probably best value is Majestic Suites. Would also recommend The Dawin. I will be there from 1 - 6 Feb, have not booked anywhere yet. Leaning towards booking President Palace on Soi 11 as was happy with that last time.

Fuck the Nana. Dawin & MS are good choices. Heaven@4, new, cheap, and a little down the street. Oh yeah, Ibis - new, cheap, and a little down the street. wj

Have to agreee...Nana is only good if you're an entomologist and staying there screams 'Sex Tourist'. Majestic Suites has already been mentioned, Dawin is overpriced in my opinion (although convenient)...how about Boss Suites, Aspen Suites or Monaco ?

or even try Citidanes on Soi 8 they have free tuk tuk to Suk and from there it's only a short walk to Soi 4

the bonus with citidanes is that it's right down the end of a dead end soi so it's nice and quiet
