i went past yesterday after being tipped off by a BM there was a scaffolding problem despite saturday being a calm day.........

could not get a good shot from Soi 15 so time to nip round to near the hotel entrance

they built a temp platfrorm to take down the collapsed bit section by section.

i hope they knocked the power off first !!!

Anybody know if there's a noise issue with hotel Mercure, Avenue Residence and even The Urban.

 

They're all pretty close and that's a pretty big development Tulip is putting up.

Construction work going on full blast at the front, same level as PBR, back is a rubbish dump at the moment.

 

It was good but things change, think now it might be time to look elsewhere.

 

They should be offering good deals to get customers to stay there.
