Weather in December-Jan

Hello gents,

 

Tried to find threads on weather in Dec-Jan with no luck.

1. Does it get chilly at night? Do you need a light jacket?

2. Can you walk around with T shirt and short during the days?

3. Are there days that it is cold out of the blue or is it consistent?

4. Also, what is the water temp during that time.

It felt downright chilly out on the balcony a little while ago so we came inside. It was 22C with a breeze and I'm getting to be a sissy.

The ocean has a moderating effect on the weather in Pattaya and the water temp really doesn't change a whole lot. December & January in Pattaya will see highs around 30C day time and lows around 20C at night with very few rainy days. Beautiful weather if you are accustomed to a cold climate.
