Want to buy a house, payments?

We are looking to purchase a house, pref 3 bed maybe with a pool.

 

East Pattaya or North near the 36 highway.

 

I have seen various sellers over the years offering seller finance and am posting here to see if any of the members can put me in contact with anyone selling their home or know of someone who is and can offer this facility.

 

The home is for my wife, her 7 year old n myself.

 

We have a 1 million bht deposit n can pay around 40k a month over the term.

 

Any help in the right direction we would be grateful.

Thanks for the link, looks very nice. But as my original post states we only have a 1 million bht deposit and our max per month is 40k, so as nice as it looks

its well out of our league I think!!! Would be nice to take a look, but we wouldnt want to waste your time unless we can pay you off over the long term!! lol
