A house near Pattaya for a month at reasonable price?

I am looking for a place to stay with my gf in March. I not like to be IN Pattaya. Jomtiem, buddah hill, Naklua, even the darkside (other side of Sukumvit), but not more then 15 minutes from center.

 

Real tourist rents are rather expensive. I am looking for either a Thai style house in a place where there is somewhere a good pool. Most important for me is that I can sit on a terrace outside sipping my wine, listening to music. Ok decoration, a flatscreen if possible. Max. 20.000 / month .

 

Either a house with private swimming pool, between 30-40.000 bht maximum.

 

Is this possible? If someone can help me, I would appreciate! If someone knows something in Phuket for 2 weeks, even a Thai style house without swimming pool (preference near Kata) welcome also!

 

Most important some space of my own and possibility to sit outside (reason I not want a condo)
