BlackBerry Bold 9900, 3G problems...

I bought the new BlackBerry Bold 9900 a few weeks ago, updated it a couple of times and the problem persists. Indeed I don't have 3G anymore. I had BlackBerry Bold 9700 before and never got any problems with. But with BlackBerry Bold 9900 there is only EDGE available with 12Call AIS. When I try to set-up the network manually there is 2G H for 12Call AIS only (2G H + 3G X for DTAC and True by the way). Is someone got the same problem? Any solution? I asked to AIS office and they suggested me to move to DTAC or True (I love marketing in Thailand). Thanks
