Drunk Russian ties up Pattaya traffic

(PattayaMail Source)

A drunk Russian created an early morning traffic jam in Pattaya as he beat on cars traveling Second Road.

Police arrived at the Kiss Food & Drink in central Pattaya around 2:30 a.m. Nov. 15 to find the unidentified man in red shorts and no shirt shouting in Russian, blocking traffic and banging on cars. The spectacle had been tying up traffic for nearly an hour. oo inebriated to speak coherently, the Russian was thrown in the drunk tank overnight and let off with a warning after sleeping it off.

Should have put his ass on the next flight back to Russa, then a rude awakening (temperature-wise).... That should sober him up alright!
