i see proxpn is advertised on there.is it safe and good.i used vpnuk last year it was good but i cant even get logged on it this time even after paying the 5-99 fee.

Works great for me - I use it daily. Speeds can sometimes be a problem, but that's typically not the fault of proXPN (or any vpn provider) - has to do with "internet weather", so to speak.
