Hey Guys, I am trying to help out a friend with the rental of his condo. It is located at View Talay 5C(building closest to the beach)..96 sq met, 1 large bedroom and 2 bathrooms. It is on the 20th floor.Jomtien side,great sea views and is fully furnished and available in December. There are 2 Daiken Aircons and a 32" LCD TV....Price is 24k per month based on a 1 yr minimum lease..so please no 3 or 6 month offers. There is free Sophon cable tv and internet available thru BBB or TOT and is not included. There is a great swimming pool with restaurant and a private walkway to the nicest beach in Jomtien. There are many shops in the building including laundry,convenience and cleaning services. 24 hr baht bus is also available.Electric and water are paid at government rates.
