just checked out website the rooms look big/clean and furnished good but, cant see any room rates/prices on the site ? Never stayed there , good location for baht bus route and plenty to do around the area.

I don't see any prices either but the rooms look nice. This is behind Bliss Lounge somewhere, isn't it? How is that a good baht bus location? Don't you have to walk to Soi Bukahoa from there to get a baht bus?
