Our Pattaya Rental Villas are fully furnished and have 2 or 4 Double Bedrooms, Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, En-Suite Bathrooms, Private Swimming Pool, Garden, TV’s & DVD Players in all Bedrooms, BBQ, Bed Linen, Towels, Crockery, Kitchen Utensils, Room Safe’s, Toiletries, Tea & Coffee, Drinking Water, Wireless Internet Connection, Cable TV and are fully Air-Conditioned.

Our Luxury Villa’s are suitable for Families, Couples, Singles or Groups of guests and if one of our vacation homes is not big enough to accommodate your group we can put a sofa bed in either of the Villa’s or if you are traveling with a large group you can rent all 3 holiday homes ensuring you enough room for up to 20 people, as the Villa’s are next door to each other it makes it very easy to spend time with your friends or family in the stunning gardens, playing in the private swimming pools while still staying in absolute luxury when you decide it’s time to retire to any of the large double bedrooms for an afternoon nap or a good nights sleep.

 

Our staff will ensure you have everything you need throughout your holiday with us and if you have any special requests or need information on anything we will always be happy to help you. Many of our guests come with their children but would like the opportunity to enjoy the odd evening out alone, no problem, we can ensure your children are well taken care of using our in-house babysitting service. If you have pets and would like to bring them with you let us know when you are booking and we will be happy to provide luxury accommodation for them too.

We also have a Mini-Bar, Mobile Phone Rentals, Laptop Rentals, Local Sim Cards, Grocery Shopping, Villa Menu, Laundry, Transport and many more services you can find throughout the website.

Our Luxury Villa’s are situated in a quiet & secure community only 40m apart with only 5 other homes in a private gated road and only a few minutes walk from the main entertainment district in Pattaya (1400m to Walking Street). Pattaya Beaches, Shopping Malls, Restaurants and numerous other Pattaya attractions are all only a short distance away, and if you don’t like to walk in the sun we can arrange: Motorbike Taxi, Songtaew, Taxi, Minibus to collect you from your vacation home or you can rent your own vehicle and drive yourself (with the correct insurance & licence).

Many local Villa Rental Companies and Agents offer a free car for staying at their Villa’s which although this is very useful when staying at Villa’s situated some distance away from the Heart of Pattaya (which many of them are), in many ways it can make your holiday very stressful. If you have never visited Pattaya before you will be unaware of the amount of traffic on the roads and the direction you need to go to reach your destination.

Another major problem with driving in Pattaya is the remarkably poor & reckless standard of driving accompanied by the large number of motorcycles weaving in and out of traffic, it can become very stressful which is not what you are on holiday for. Regardless of what your vehicle renter tells you it is illegal to drive in Thailand without the correct licence and insurance, which can ruin your holiday if you are unfortunate enough to become involved in an accident or stopped at a police checkpoint.

If you require transport please let us organise things for you to avoid ruining your holiday.

 

There are no other vacation homes as close to the centre of Pattaya as ours are.

 

We also have a number of recommended places throughout Thailand to stay should you decide to do some sightseeing. We will arrange your hotel room bookings for other locations and provide you with transport to and from your chosen destinations, we will also arrange for you to visit all the local points of interest and the amazing attractions Thailand has to offer to ensure your holiday is memorable and totally stress free. Our drivers and guides are English and Thai speaking and we are always on hand to answer any questions or deal with any problems you have.

 

The Luxury Villa is also suitable for Private Party Bookings including: Birthday’s, Weddings, BBQ’s or just a Swimming Pool Party with your friends. We can cater for Approx. 80 people in the house & garden. We provide Tables, Chairs, Glasses, Cutlery, Crockery, Music System, Lighting, Food, Beer, Wine, Spirits, Soft Drinks, Entertainment, Catering, Serving Staff & Cleaning up after your party.

i don't know what hotel you're comparing with ?

 

 

Having a party in a villa ?

 

You put in 10/15K drinks , food , some waiters and cleaners and charge 75K including the use of a villa for halve a day .

How about renting a nice house in Pattaya for 25/30K A MONTH and for the rest of the money you can have a party

every week of that month .

I would like to respond to them.

 

Firstly our Villa's are the closest Holiday Homes to Walking Street (1400m) in a quiet private, gated community with only 8 luxury Villa's and are predominately for holiday makers visiting Pattaya and not for long term rentals.

 

Can we take Villa "2" as an example and 4 people coming to Pattaya on holiday:

 

Anytime between 1st March and the end of October this Villa is available for 5,600 Baht per Night.

 

(I would be happy to give you the breakdown costs for any of the Villa's at any time of the year)

 

For this you get 4 a Bedroom Villa with private swimming pool giving a breakdown of 1,400 Baht per person per Night.

 

You not only get a Bedroom as you would in an average hotel but you also get a living room, dining room, full kitchen. Private swimming pool & garden.

 

Our Bedrooms are all beautifully furnished have en-suite bathrooms, flat screen TV's, DVD players and a safe. The living room has flat screen TV, DVD player, sofa and other luxuries you will not find in a hotel.

 

Our villa's have wifi, daily maid cleaning, cable tv, bedding, towels, tea, coffee and toiletries.

 

I think for 1,400 Baht per Person this is very good value for money as many of our Guests previously stayed in hotels and now return time and time again to stay in our Villa's instead of hotels it appears that we are good value for money.

 

You not only get all the advantages of staying in a hotel you get much more.

 

You also mentioned that you are able to rent a house in Pattaya for 25 - 30k a month. Are these Villa's only 1400m to Walking Street, fully furnished, and available for 1 month only. Most Villa's are available for long term rentals and not 1 month only.

 

Our party service varies from customer to customer depending on their requirements, they also get a luxury 4 bedroom villa to stay in for the night and our prices include: food, accommodation, tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery, music system, live entertainment, staff and drink.

Ok fair enough , thanks for explaning . When you take 3 of your friends with you the price of 1400 pp (high season 2000) is reasonable indeed .

 

It's possible to rent a villa for a month for 30k in Pattaya but as you say not that close to WS .

 

The main reason i won't stay at your villas is because i own a nice villa with pool myself , otherwise i might reconsider .

Thanks for your updated post.

 

As you can see by my explanation this is not an "easy way to get good money from renting a house", especially as I employ 2 full time office staff to deal with enquiries, transport requirements, tours & trips and internet promotion plus 3 maids, 1 swimming pool cleaner, 1 maintenance man and 1 gardener (all full time). I also pay all water charges, wifi, cable tv, tax, accountant fees and all the other day to day expenses of running a house.

 

Even though you have your own Villa, I hope you will recommend any of your friends and family who may be visiting Thailand (those which you prefer not staying with you) in the future to at least take a look at our website and if they would like to come and visit the Villa's we have, they are more than welcome. I am sure they will also agree that we are extremely good value for money and offer much more than most hotels do.
