1.Click your name on the top right of the page.

2. Choose "My settings"

3. Signature

There you can edit your signature and add links to your TRs and you see how it will look above the editing window at once.

Good luck, and hope my info helped!

Cheers

Will be in town 8-22/11 2012 and 8/2-1/3-2013

Ok, I got as far as the instructions went.  I then right-clicked and copied link location and posted onto signature, but it only shows up as a text which must then be cut and pasted.  Any tips to correct what must be a simple oversight?  Also, I've tried and been unable to post photos onto my signature block.  Any suggestions there as well.  Thanks for any and all help.

Gabe,

I went to your instructions, which were very clear and helpful.  But the links button won't highlight (The entire block of icons is "dark" and won't activate by clicking on them.  The instructions say I can' list links, but is there a "priviledge level" under which I have to wait in order to do it?

Maybe you need to enable BB Code...

When you are in the Signature screen, scroll to the bottom and un-check the "enable HTML" box.

Then on the top left side of the tool bar you will see a button that when scrolled over will say "BBCode Mode", click on this to enable the tool bar options.

Yaay!  It worked.  Thank you gentlemen.  I wouldn't use the word intuitive to describe the method, but I suspect it really is like second nature to those who "grew up" with computers.  I'm still running to catch up.  Thanks again for the quick responses.  My light bulb is burning a little brighter today.

LOL i was having the same problem. I disabled HTML and just kind of winged it from there. It really should be easier than that though. I never had that difficulty in the past. I had just right clicked on the report hit copy link dropped it into the box opened the link box copied again and voila it was there. Not sure what changed or when but as i am a computer phillistine it would be better if the whole process was simpler.
