New/second-hand Truck

I will be purchasing a new truck or a good second hand one during the next two weeks. Any board members recommend a good place to purchase. I have looked on most sites on internet, here, addicts etc and there is nothing about. Also i hear that the government here have introduced some scheme whereas a thai can get 100,000 baht off the purchase if they keep the car/truck for five years. Anyone got experience of this? Any advice on model/make to buy, etc.
