Car Auction Pattaya

Hi everybody

They say the sun shines on every dogs arse once in its lifetime and my turn is coming when I move to LOS permanently in Jan 2012 !

I need to buy a car/pickup and have been told about an Auction which takes place in the Big C carpark monthly around about the 5th of every month,any help would be great re buying experiences/ proceedures/pitfalls /scams etc before I buy.

I have been to look a few times at thise auction, is all in thai and prices are crazy,you will do better looking on www.taladrod.com and translating to english.A website similar to autotrader in uk

I would be VERY wary about buying a second hand car in January next year - a month after the floods in Bangkok & other provinces. Make sure you really know what you are doing and can spot any signs of flood damage to the car....
