Go or NO

If u read the thread "what to do what to do"-http://www.pattaya-a...-do-what-to-do/ you would understand my dilema.I had a choice of going to Pattaya in late jan. 2012 for 7 days on ground in pattaya or wait till late nov.2012 and have 16 days on ground in Pattaya.Somewhere in the middle of the thread I decide November.But... I'm having a change of heart and am dead set on Jan, since I think I can now get 14 days on ground instead of 7.My question is if the days I chose are good or is there something I should know about b4 I go.Such as bars being closed or anything along those lines(flooding going on and all?)The days are,I'll be arriving in Pattaya Jan.23rd and will be leaving Feb.4th.What do yous think?

 

P.S. I have already emailed China Garden hotel to see if they have rooms available for those days.If they do I will most definitely be going
