Apartment in Pattaya near Walking street

I'm looking for an apartment October 17th-November 30th. I would love to be walking distance to Walking Street. Also, GF, AC, etc. Balcony and pool would be nice. Any suggestions???

Try Center Condotel, on South Pattaya Rd next to the Temple. About a 5 minute walk to Walking St.

You could also try yensabai condotel on soi yensabai..across south pattaya road from centre condos, thru the hollywood sign and across soi vc.

I rent there from a french guy called Patrick who is really nice. He has about 30 odd condos there which he manages and also has some new condos he has bought further up Soi VC that I believe will be ready from December onwards (you can see the location by walking up soi VC towards 3rd road. They are the orange condos on the lefthandside passed soi day/night. His office is the otherside of the road.

 

Condos in yensabai will be 400 a day from Patrick plus 10 for TV and water/elec on top. Usually comes in around the 500 a day mark. 40 sq metres all with balconies and aircon, TV and DVD player. They all have small kitchens with microwaves, fridge/freezers and at least one hot plate. You also get a set of crockery andtowels and spare bedding. Some are very nicely furnished indeed.

 

You clean them yourself and pay when you leave a one off 350 charge for them to clean afterwards before a new customer arrives. If you want your condo cleaned more regularly and cannot persuade your catch of the day to do it then you can arrange for the building's cleaning staff to do it..not sure how much though.

 

Friendship/Tukcom and the south pattaya road market are all 3-4 minutes walk away and you can also get out to ws through soi VC in 6-7 minutes maximum.
