Room was spotless.

Located a few minutes away from the action, but very close to Banzaan market, Jungceylon, 7-11 and nearby taxis. Much quieter than soi san sabai.

No in-room safe

No pool

Has restaurant downstairs

Has elevator

Wifi

Polite and courteous.

 

Value: ***

Paid around 1400 Bht/night. There are cheaper guesthouses around (Fasai is right nextdoor and maybe cheaper) but overall is a decent value, especially for high season in Patong.

 

Recommended: Maybe

Good if you want something clean, simple and in a quiet location. Better values for cheap charlies around however.
