It's time again for this months Texas Scramble. If you haven't played in our comp before you're all welcome. It's a great day out and a good chance to meet some new friends. If you don't have friends here or clubs thats not a problem we can organise to fit you into a team.

 

The day of golf is finished off with a great meal and presentation of prizes for the golfers with longest drives and closest to the pins and also the best 4 teams win prizes too!!

 

 

 

 

Time Thursday, October 13 · 9:00am - 13:00pm

 

Price 1,400 baht

 

Location: Pattana Sports Club

 

Price includes greenfee, caddy fee, competition fee and food back at Kilkenny Bar, Soi LK Metro

 

Food served at 7pm

Winners prize presentation at 8pm

 

 

Format

4 Man Team Texas Scramble

Handicaps are calculated as follows:

20 percent of player A's handicap (Lowest handicapper)

15 percent of player B's handicap

10 percent of player C's handicap

5 percent of player D's handicap (Highest handicapper).

Choose your teams carefully!!!!!

 

4 drives from each player plus two spare – anyone – anytime

Can someone refer me to an agent in North America that handls Thai golf trips?

 

I'd also like an idea as to about what the average green fee is including carts etc.

Mate...google Thaigerline golf - they organise daily golf trips, just book the day before and you travel out to a local course with a couple of dozen fellow golfers. After golf they bring you home...1700 bht all in.

Thank you mate for the Thiagerline info. I am familiar with some of the bars and groups that organize trips to golf courses. What I am looking for is an outing type of event where there are pretty girls running around trying to snag your balls. Where it is half about golf and half about having fun with the girls. The pic at the start of this thread is what I mean. I think I remember Misty's Agogo doing something like this, but I was never in town during the event.

Price varies (depending on courses played 1600-1800). If you are on your own and are looking for other guys to play golf with, then it's ideal. You have to get yourself to Thaigerline Offices see website, nr LKMetro...no probs.

 

If you are in a group of 4 you might want to do your own thing, in that instance Thaigerline will organise it for you including hotel pickup.
