It looks like it's incomplete or just incorrectly spelled to me. I can only see one complete word; ด่า, which means to tell off.

As far as I can tell it's just gibberish, it doesn't have a meaning in Thai.

 

I'm surprised Google can come up with a translation. Then again, seeing some of Googles other translations, maybe not... ;)

A Google on the phrase comes up with lots of computer gaming references, somebody's gaming name perhaps?

LOL, should've thought of that myself...

 

Apparently it's a "word" that is used to practice typing on a keyboard.

So it's not really a word, just individual letters: ฟ - ห - ก - ด่ - า - ส - ว
