I like to know what was his blood alcohol level was

how can you not see a 20 ton digger in frount of you

and the refusal of treatment is something was going on in his system

This guy is a Scot, he used to have a bar in Soi Wongamat, Naklua. He is a nice bloke when sober, but a real pain in the backside when he has had a few, Shame to see this happen to him though, he was just getting his life back on track after a run of bad luck. Hopefully he will not lose his job as a result of this accident being all around the net.
