Hi,

 

Is it easy to find taxis in pattaya for local travel? I am not talking about two wheeler taxis as I dont want to take risk.

 

If yes, how are the rates and stuff?

Mininmum fare 200 baht. Expect to pay a lot more for any distance as they're decidedly unproper taxis.

 

You'd be better off chartering a baht bus.
