Are there any good gyms near the china garden hotel

In soi bukhao there is a gym. It costs 69 bht. 5 minutes walk. No airco. It's ok for me.....

Yea Tony's opened a gym round the corner on Soi Baukaw or 10 minutes walk is California WOW but thats pricey...

Tony's gym is just a five minute jog away. Turn left out of the hotel and jog to the top of the street. Turn right and jog towards the traffic lights. Straight over at the lights and you can't miss it.

The nearest Gym to china garden (soi lengkee) is the gym in soi buakhouw. The Gym belongs to "Tonys", but it´s the smallest gym. But they have a powerrack ans some plates and fairly heavy dumbells. I guess the gym is open 24 h. The cost is low.

It´s about 5-6 minutes Footwalk from soi lengkee. Go to the corner of soi buakhouw and go from there to the left. after a 5 Minute walk the gym is on the right side.

 

The next big & good equipped gyms are "Tonys Sport World" (Tonys Gym on 3rd road closed around 18 months ago....) near the corner of 3rd road and Pattaya tai (south pattaya road). Enough weights, hammer strength machines....like a good gym in the US or in Germany. California wow is on 2nd road, behind the McDonalds. Good air condition, machines are good, but for me personally too much "wellness2. The gym is not really hardcore.

 

Tonys & California wow have homepage....i also have clips at youtube where i train at Tonys in Pattaya....

 

 

in early december i will be in Pattaya, and i´m interested if the rooms at china garden are ok. The pictures look ok, and it´s close to soi buakhouw, 2nd road...+ bhat busses going all the time at the next corner....
