What do you guys think about sending money to leasing agents over the internet who you have never met? Do you think it is wise? What do you think about paying all of the money up front? What do you think is fair? Security deposit and one months rent? Any feedback would be appreciated? I have always done all of my agreements in Pattaya in person. I just think it is the best and most secure way to go. However, I would love some good feedback. Amante

I would not send money to a leasing agent I have never met. There will be places when you get there. You could arrive and have no place to stay and your money gone. If you have always done your deals in person why change what works, deal with the same people you used before. in the end: up to you.

You can't always get what you want but if you try, sometimes you might find that you get what you need.

 

I am not able to comment on any other agents in Pattaya good or bad, however I can recommend
