Anybody checked out the rooms at Katesiree on soi Bukhao they look good on the website.

None of you ever stayed there?

i did stay there on regular basis..no lifts which does put some off but didnt bother me i prefered top floor simply because decor was light and airy ..lower rooms dark furnture seemed to make the space somehow smaller..noise was a problem if room faces soi its always busy..change of ownership put price up but still resonable i was paying 333baht per nite inc elec ect..good cheap bar area down stairs..you could do a lot worse than katesirree..id would still consider it a good bet

Has anyone stayed here recently is this place okay?

I didn't actually stay there but did frequent the bar. The staff seemed very friendly and the bar was excellent value. It is on a busy road. I am sure some guys will be along shortly to give you more info.

The more modern Katesiree Residence is better but but the cheaper rooms don't have windows......upside is no street noise.

I saw the hotel pics, for katesiree hosue & residence, i check these on a few sites, I really just wanted to know from any BM's who had stayed there, was it okay, guest friendly, noisy, their impressions etc.
