Mate, you have to more read this forum. Your question is comparatively wide.

Just go to the Newbie section of the forum and read, read, read. Once you read through all that great information, you'll be able to ask more specific questions, which members will gladly assist you with. What you're looking for now is a bit broad and you'll get different answers from each person who replies to the questions you posted.

I see what you're getting at, a comprehensive all-in-one-topic guide to Pattaya. It's a great idea but such a huge subject to cover that it's almost impossible to write.

 

For any given individual topic (eg: "the best hotel') on PA you can go and look for the right information. But, the information you find will change according to who's writing it, the time of year (High Season etc), and whether that information is up to date or outmoded.

 

So, even if a BM was willing to devote a week or two to writing a comprehensive guide, it would always need updating, would always be changing, and would be smothered in responses from other BM's disagreeing with what the writer said in the first place.

 

Easier and probably more accurate to search PA for your answers, and ask questions when you can't find the right info'. PA is the all-in-one place guide you're looking for!!

As mentioned there are many great resources already on this forum, there are some pinned sections in the newbie section that cover what you want. In addition, I would say you should focus more on WHERE to go rather than where to avoid. where possible go with the latest information, many places have changed a lot since I was here 2 years ago.
