Jet ski registration starts.

 

Pattaya City Hall initiated compulsory licensing of all jet ski operators. Banana boat and parasail boat operators are included in the scheme. Registration is part of the city’s initiatives to combat widespread scams which have brought disgrace on the resort.

Don't see how registration will stop the mongrels for cheating and scamming. I mean you can register prostitutes but it don't stop them from fucking.
