Try captains bar on soi Honey,just off soi Bukhao ideal spot. 600 baht low season for big room and they are excellent.Gerry an his staff take good care of you he's a diamond.Foods good too.

ive been coming to pattaya since 2003 and ive never booked a hotel,

they always have cheaper room prices than what is on there websites

when you come in person,although i only travel sept/oct.

 

have you ever tried to do that prebooking,

eg send them an email and say your website is 1000 a night whats the best you can offer for X nights, id wager their would be virtually no difference in person to person or over the internet.

 

I simply send an email and ask for about 20% Off advertised price and foregoing the breakfast and i usually without fail get it.

 

So I dont know how much more discount you getting by trudging around hotels person to person
