Thinking of coming down for a month but am wondering if it is really too long a time period to go down there. As a younger guy (34), im not working on coming down to retire, and am very much into the P4P. I dont know the language other than a few common words. Any suggestions?

I wish i could stay a month at a time!

Perfect amount of time. I generally stay 6 weeks, but working on getting that up to 8 weeks.

 

My only advice is budget carefully. Nothing would suck more then running out of money on the third week

I would love to spend a month there also but I am sure I would have to tone everything down a little or I would just be a mess.

 

Just find yourself a comfortable routine and relax and enjoy yourself. Most of us have difficulty having in depth conversations with bargirls but there are plenty of other blokes around to chew the fat with if you want to stimulate your mind. There are also girls to be found with good english who can entertain you.

yes,,,,, i think its too long,,,,,,when there is soo many other areas,,, of thailand to explore,,,,,,, whether it be chang mai,,,,,or phuket,, hua hin,,,,,ko sumai,,,,,!`` maybe,, 10 days in pattaya,,,, then go explore,,,,,the other areas,,,,,trust me,,,, plent of women,,, all over,,,, and u might like,,, a different culture besides,, looking at,,, farangs,,,,,and weirdos,,,,,,and lady boys,,,,,,,,,just my opinion,,,,, and im sticking wth it,,, lol

I have just returned from a month in LOS

I had a week in patts, another in Korat

and the last 2 weeks back in Pattaya.

 

the best thing about having a month

is you can always head off somewhere

else, after a week if you get bored

I'll normally stay 1 month or more over christmas on a 5-6000 THB a day budget and have a hell of a time. If you can afford it, stay as long as possible and you'll learn new aspects of the P4P scene for sure

One month is optimal duration. It is not too much short but also is not so much long time. I really can recommend this duration for you. I stayed many times one month and every time enjoyed it.

I've stayed in Thailand for 1 month before...as a few BM's have mentioned try & go to a few cities(or towns) that have a P4P scene.

 

Obviously BKK & Patts, but i've also visited Udon Thani, Chiang Mai & Korat.....which i had a wicked time travelling the country as well.......mix it up a bit & you'll have a ball!

Just letting you know that I am going for a month in October. I am staying in a condominuim. These are cheaper than a hotel and you can still get them cleaned or do it tr self and save a little money. I was there in Pattaya foe 18 days in may and I didn't want to leave. I tried to leave after 15 days but missed my flight home. Not intentionally just stuffed up at the airport. It's a much bigger place than you think. So make sure you get to gate in time to take off. It only cost me an extra $100 AU and it did not matter if I caught the next plane or stayed a few more days still the same price. So I went back to Pattaya. I had barfined a gogo girl from Angelwitch just to go to airport. So I went straight back and pulled her out of there by the hair (joking). She said WTF but waS GLAD TO SEE ME again. I still talking to her on internet. But it not real I know. But have fun and remember you are in charge. Don't blieve a word they say but just have fun. Don't get upset and watch out for crocodile tears.

Start my month long stay in Pattay in 3 days...1 St time there . Staying in condo on beach road.....cannot wait!!!

In my opinion it's not, I've done a two month trip and a six week trip and both times time just seem to flew by, and gladly would have stayed much longer! Although I stayed both in Bangkok and Pattaya. But do plan your budget a bit if staying that long, it might get surprisingly expensive.

I almost always stay for 28 or 29 days and I always hate to leave, so I certainly don't think a month is too long. I also always try to plan my next trip before I leave. That makes leaving more tolerable. I'd really feel bad if I had to leave without having another trip in the works.

Thats a pretty unanimous "no" to your question eh? You get your 30 day visa on arrival, so why not enjoy every one of those days ;-) As it was stated earlier on, your month will just fly past so savour it all. Enjoy..

2 weeks is over - and I am really sad that I don't have more time ;-)

 

its never enough time in Pattaya and it really depends how you want to spend your time here. I have got a lot of other agendas (fitness, learning stuff, etc) so it keeps me busy atleast pretending I am doing something more than just shagging BGs

A month would be too long for some people. It's long enough to get a newbie into a lot of trouble.

I like to go for 2 months and normally go out for the evening about 9pm. As I'm staying a fairly longish period I sometimes vary my routine and go out at 8.30pm.

Stayed in Pattaya for three months last year July-August-September and thought it was fast like a week or two to me, Stayed in Ireland , My Hometown, in October, November December, January, February and March seems like 100 years to me..
