Need "green card" to play?

I play golf in my home country, and here you need to have a special "green card" to play.

Is this needed in Thailand too? I guess not, but need to ask.

Im taking my friend with me, and he aint got any card.

 

Also anyone know the best shop to buy new iron clubs?

No idea where you home country is. By green card, do you mean a handicap certificate?

I've played several times in thailand. there is no need for any card of any kind. just money.

 

if you want to get a discount at some of the clubs, you can join the pattaya sports club.
