Just wondering if Castro gym and other gyms in Patts provide a towel for your workout or do you have to bring your own?

Don't know about Castro gym.

 

 

Tony's - on 3rd road.

They don't provide free towel and fresh water any more.

You have to pay for towel service.

Towel service at Tony's Sports World is 40 or 50 Baht I think. Not sure is the other branches have towel service. California Wow at Asoke towel service is 50 Baht so I assume Pattaya branch will be the same price if they have one. Best to take your own if you go regularly as costs will mount up.

 

Yes they all provide lockers but must bring your own lock.

Tony's do provide lockers but best to buy your own padlock. As mentioned earlier they no longer provide free towels and free water.

Tony's Gym at Naklua have towels for hire.

There is a sign that ac will be turned off at 9pm - only thing is it never gets turned on! Plenty of fans though.

I stayed in Naklua area for 3 months May,June & July and used this every 3 -4 days, 69b / session or 120b / 3 sessions. Usual to have 3 machines broken. Even after many complaints still not fixed.

Excellent showers. Great wet / relaxation area but they will only allow use if a minimum of 4 people.
