Private Balcony Jacuzzi

I am planning my November Trip, and would love a private balcony jacuzzi. Anyone have any recommendations ?

Not matching your criteria 100% but the jacuzzi room at China Gaden hotel is next to the balcony all you have to do is open the patio door and its virtually on the balcony.....though may not be private enough for you as balcony is overlooked by hotels across the street
