AirAsia glitch?

Featured Replies

Been having trouble on the AirAsia site when it comes time to payment. All my credit cards are being declined, but when I talk to the banks about it they tell me that they have no records of any transaction. Naturally, AirAsia says that the problem lies with my banks not approving the charge. I've tried multiple time 3 days in a row and still can't get the payment to go through. Anybody else having this problem? Gonna start off my trip in Pattaya but I'm planning a side trip to Krabi and am starting to wonder if it'll be better just to book the flight with an agent once I'm already there.

It happened to me too whereby all my credit cards were declined on their website. Call them directly and manual system will work

I know this next trip in Oct., took the airline a full week to charge my card.

If you are in Pattaya, make the reservations online through the AirAsia web site, then call their customer service and ask about paying in cash at any 7-11. I've done it that way 3 times already; if the customer service person tells you it's not done like that, just call back and speak to someone else.

Thanks y'all. I'll try calling them next day off. Thailand's 14 hrs ahead of PST right?
