Singapore Gran Prix

Featured Replies

wasn't sure where to put this but hope here is ok with the mods.

I am coming to LOS in Sep with a side trip to Singapore to watch the F1. Just wondered if there was any like minded addicts flying out for the weekend? Feel free to drop me a PM if you fancy meeting up track side for a beer and maybe checking out the "4 Floors of Whores" for desert.

Well the Singapore Grand Prix is on a street circuit so only happens once a year (usually in September) it's a special occasion as it takes place at night and is supposed to have an amazing atmosphere.

Some great pix of the 2008 race to give you an idea

Incidentally I see you are from The States, America is having a new purpose built track made at Austin for a June race in 2012 which hopefully will be a better event than the fiasco that was the 2005 Indianapolis GP
