Just out of interest why are you advertising it yourself and then asking the buyer to contact Alan bolton (who will charge you 5% for the pleasure).

Hi yes im aware of the 5% fee but would prefer for the sale to go through a established estate agents and as its free to advertise on here it can only help.

 

The property does not have a hot water boiler system just an outside water tank and pump also there is no air-con just modern remote ceiling fans in each room but this has been reflected in the reduced asking price.
