Mate...There are plenty of gyms in Pattaya. Tony's and California are big ones. Although while searching for you I also found Boy's Gym in Boyz Town. Not sure if you would be interested in this....LOL

 

I prefer unhealthy gym in the bed.

Californis WOW is a great gym!

I have spent a week looking for gyms and there is nothing here really besides California WOW (see my other post abt pricing info - you might be able to get a better discount). Its abt 5 min walk from View talay

 

there are tons of other gyms - but they are really sad looking with tired equipment...

as I said I want to control my pulse while exercising, I look for a good shower or better a sauna after.

Gyms mentioned by several members have some form of cardio machines available to include exercise bikes and treadmills. You might want to look into investing in a pulse watch. They are very cheap and very convenient for the purpose you desire.

theres two view talay buildings, witch one do you refer to?

There are bikes in California WOW gym with pulse control when you are holding the handles. You are looking for this type of gear?
