I have a newbie friend who would like to come over during Christmas, however he likes to enjoy the luxuries of life. So a guesthouse (or budget hotel) is out of the question for him.

My best option would be the Vault for him, but just in case there are no rooms available I'd like to find out whether there are more options.

 

I would like something similar to the hotel next to Kitten Club which has its name replaced to SPAM WORD in this forum (but would like to avoid this place). A swimming pool would be a good plus.

The hotel would have to be girl friendly (for UNLIMITED girls), has to be close to Walking St (no taking the baht bus might be a culture shock for him) and of really good quality. Budget up to 6000 baht/day.

6000 is a lot of money in pattaya

Well if you consider that I usually book a guesthouse for 600 baht/day, yup 6,000 baht might sound excessive BUT it will be Christmas period, when the hotels are more likely to put up their prices and my friend would only go to a really good hotel. Keep in mind that he wouldn't mind if the price was cheaper (like 2K-3K baht) but I don't think that this would be realistic during Christmas when every 2-week millionaire and his dog visit Patts. The flagship room of the Vault is at 4,5K and he would like something like that.

 

In Siam Bayshore girls attract joiner fees (a polite way of telling to mongers we don't want you here IMHO) so it is out of the question.

Give the Marriott a try! One of the best pools in Pattaya, great rooms, fantastic breakfast, and once you get inside the walls, it doesnt feel like you are in Patts anymore. About a 5 minute walk down beach road and you are at Walking street. I would also recommend the Dusit D2. Not as close to WS as the marriott, but very nice.

 

Neither hotel ever gave me a hard time about the girls I brought back, or charged me a joiner fee.

Baywalk residence - agoda puts it as 3star but i'd say its more like a 4

another option for that kind of money would be a private villa however most of these are not that close to walking street though most have private pools and you can bring as many girls back as you want with no fees , a lot include free car hire but that means one of you not drinking )

Well all the Jacuzzi rooms in these hotels go for more (and sometimes a LOT more) than 6K!

A private villa is out of the question regarding both price and location. As you understand not drinking is out of the question!
