Is a real good price seems me, as my fist visit pattaya in 2008 june i payed in ViewTalay 5 25000 bath 1 month , and not so nice furnishure......

long time looking for EMPTY one , but seems they like to keep them all unsold & unrented ( to much money in bank probably ) if you check how many with no AC units there.....
