Looking for Info on Pattaya Noble Place, Charlie Place and Deep Blue Sea

There are 3 places I have noticed on this trip that may be a cheaper alternative on my nest trip, and I was wondering whether anyone on this forum has information on them. They are Pattaya Noble Place on Soi Post Office (13/2), Charlie Place on Soi Bukhao, and Deep Blue Sea on Soi 12 (I think that's the name of the place). Websites don't really give all of the important information, and my experience on this forum is that people who stay at these places are the best source of information.

My first visit to Pattaya about 5 years ago stayed Charlie Place as my mate was already there - It was OK but you can do better. Then no in room safe, very thin crappy towels and oldish furniture....was in need of a make over which may have happened.

Whenever I am over there an curious about staying at a place I will ask to have a look at the rooms.
