stiff lower back after sex

Hey guys,

I was wondering if any of you is experiencing the same lower back pain after having too much sex:

The back feels quite stiff, especially at the lower part of the spine for 1-2 days.

Any ideas about the reason and advice?

Perhaps it's testosterone problems, signs of getting old and boom boom to much :)

Mate, it's known as shagger's back, happens to the best of men after too much gigigigi. Go for a soothing back massage and keep out of the saddle for a few nights and it'll disappear. If it doesn't improve after a few nights rest then check with a doc. But you say yourself you've been having too much sex, so shagger's back is the most likely thing.

If you've not been getting any romance in farangland then all of a sudden you're at it like rabbits , those dormant muscles are going to ache a bit .

Could instead of giving it a miss let then ride you or have them BJ you.

Far less work and will give the back time to recover

Assuming you don't have an actual back problem, get in the gym and start doing ab work & hyperextentions.

Many thanks for all your replies guys, much appreciated.

I think it must be related to what pubstud mentioned as "shagger's back". :001_Thank_You5:

My night hunting at Patt slows down as my low back starts getting more painful.

This stiff feeling occurs to me only after too many sex episodes and ejaculations in short period.

As there is a draining feeling too, it must be also related with the "liquid" generation around that area too.

I will follow it up.

The middle are muscles are in good condition but possibly over-trained :-) , a professional back massage and 1-2 days off should relax those flexed muscles.

Thanks once again!

Also if you've been dozing regularly on Kamagra, it's a very common side effect of taking it over consecutive days....

Yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah. A bit of gym excercise helps. Personally I f**k each night for a month or two to get me into the right shape for a Pattaya marathon. That seems do do the trick.

Often a problem for me as well, and often taking hold mid-thrust; have to lie on my back and let them continue 'cow-girl' - so not all bad.

As to the cure, not found one yet, but a trip to a soapy massage can usually manage to shift your stiffness back round to its proper place - at least as a temporaray measure! :LMAO1:

It,s probably the flight that starts off the stiff back, every day at home & thailand i find just 10 minutes of stretching does the job for me""", also as someone else has already said try to get in some practice before you go""" or if not work on your fitness""".

Sore muscles from too much shagging! :P

You could do some lower back excercises in your everyday life, to make it stronger, then it shouldn't bother you too much on your next visit..

You do missionary a lot? Try changing positions, let the girl get on top and let her do the work for a change. Just relax and make her work for her money :P

Pattaya does have a chiropractor and he will know more than people on a notice board.

The main thing he'll know is how to take your money!

Current medical knowledge would advice to be very carefull with chiropractors.. I wouldn't visit one at home and I would never even consider to visit one in Thailand. Try a regular doctor and perhaps a fysiotherapist.

From the OP's description I would think it's nothing more than strained muscles in the lower back, due to uhm.. too much excercise :) gentle massage and a hot pack to relieve the tension could help. Thai massage or chiropraction could only make it worse.

Lower Back Pain and muscle aches is one of the listed side-effects of Viagra.

The allegedly warnings are not based on evidence. Current medical knowledge is continuisly supporting the benefits of chiropractic care. It is a drug free and virtiually risk free alternative for treatment of pain and dysfunctions in the neuro-muscular-sceletal system. There is no evidence available to show that chiropractic care is a potential risk for your health. On the other hand, there is evidence that chiropractic is especially effective for low back pain and neck pain. In the spine, and especially the lower back, we have a higher density of pain receptors around the joints than the rest of the body. It means that even if it's a minor dysfunction, it can present a lot of pain because of the massive input to the brain. For an effective correction of joint dysfunctions, and hence the pain, chiropractic treatment is well proven. And many patients around the world rely on it.

I can add that in Norway and Denmark, among others, chiropractors are increasingly included in the public health care system, hospitals, government refunding and so on. In some hospitals chiropractors make a unique contribution in "pain teams" for patients with special conditions. It's my impression that the medical community is more open nowadays, than it perhaps was before. That, along with evidence, makes such co-operations possible.

I am a Norwegian chiropractor living in Pattaya, soon opening a clinic here.

I'll be happy to discuss/answer about chiropractics here.
