Anyone had a spot on their dick?

 

I have one at the base, I don't think it's a wart, I just popped it.

 

Read that most are harmless but I'm booking clinic tommorow...

I've had the odd pimple on the base of my dick and on my ballbag from time to time. I just popped em like any pimple, I believe pimples/spots come about because of clogged stuff in the pores of ones skin, and the skin on your dick is just skin after all. I'm sure it'll go away on its own like all pimples do, but there's never any harm in having a doc look at it.

Sounds like Herpes !!
