Agree, to much for 36 sq /m , you can find a studio in View Tallay 6 for that price, studios here are 48 sq/m.

If you are willing to make a one year contract it is possible to have a low level floor condo there for 15K. I rented a studio there for one year , up in 26th floor on the "right" side and payd 20k a month. Go to the offices inside the 3rd floor in the building and ask , they have a lot for rent , so just give them an offer. Good luck.

I just spoke to my mate, the condo is currently rented until March 7th.

It already has WIFI, not sure about the ADSL......

That's a good price for a condo there, I stayed there for 3 months before very nice, forget view talay,stayed there before on a six month lease but left after a month, lost my deposit but didn't care it was like living in a council block in the uk. Shit is the word that comes to mind, inside the condo was ok but the noise was constant day and night, the corridors are dirty and the smell of piss in the lifts took me straight back to council flats in the uk
