Abit confused/AA residence/AA hotel

Just a little confused lad,s

AA Pattaya Residence and AA Pattaya hotel

Different hotel,s I think / but am not 100% sure

I cannot seem to find any photo,s of any of these two places

Or to be able to check the room rates or quality of hotel,s

Has anyone got any information about these two places

I would like to stay in a hotel close to Beach Road (ST) so soi 13 would be ok

My budget 1000BAHT

its a dump i wouldnt pay 300baht to stay there.

reception looks nice but rooms a dirt

AA residence is half way up soi 13

AA hotel is on the corner of soi 13 and beach road

 

both are quite old........ many better hotels in soi 13

All these hotels are in the 1000 Bht range....( approx)

 

Dynasty.....1200-1300........on website....but if you just turn up you can get for 1000 easily during low season

Sandy springs..1300-1400

The Haven.......900

aa residence ........900..new wing.......old wing is garbage...800

Ma maison.....1200-1300

Inn House ...900-1000

lek hotel......new wing.....1100...........old wing is shit....800

 

there are others ......but im not sure of the prices
