Fully Furnished Jomtien Condo For Rent

30 square meters including balcony on the 6th floor Jomtien Beach Condominium Building C facing Building B.a It's not a sea view condo though you can see the sea from the balcony with a bit of rappelling equipment. There's a very nice pool (a couple, actually) and a rather rudimentary fitness area. There's a couple youtube links of the pools at the bottom of this post.

 

There's a washing machine and small kitchenette in the unit. The door is a Scorpion door--extremely secure. The bed is a very nice hideaway. The TV is 32". Cable TV is included in the 500/month condo fees which are included in the 6500/month rental amount. There is a disconnected phone line that could quite easily be connected again for ADSL access.

 

I'm a good landlord and take care of my tenants (I return deposits, take care of problems, etc.)--I have references if you would like to check. I have a pickup and it might be possible for you to borrow it to move in.

 

I'm looking for a long-term tenant, at least a year. For a shorter period, I'd ask more--say 7000/month for a 6-month lease.

Rates for power and water are at the government rate. I don't think there's wifi, but I'll check next time I go.

Looks like a very nice compact apartment. The washing machine is a very under-rated addition and will save you another B500 a month plus trips to the laundry.

The Jomtien Beach Condo complex does have wifi. 400 baht per month for unlimited access was the rate for wifi as of May so probably wouldn't have changed. I think the building being referred to is A2 - there are no buildings called B and/or C at that complex (unless they have been very recently relabelled.

I agree 100% with washing machine comment = I wish more landlords would consider installing water points and drainage for installation of washing machines when they renovate their condos. They become more attractive to long term renters.

My tenant for the above condo has just informed me he's moving out. It's a good value and I won't change the rent--6500 baht a month (I pay the condo fees).

 

I rent under market as I want quality, happy tenants. The above price is for a one-year contract--any shorter term deals would have to be negotiated. PM me if interested.
