Opey de place or Sunview place

im looking at booking either the sunview place or opey de place for my next trip in August but they seem on par ! Anyone give me pros and cons of the 2 ???

sunview place has better equiped ,larger and less worn rooms than the Opey. The Opey on the other hand is marginally better located and has a better pool area although the sun light is more restricted.

overall the Sunview is much better and you dont need to book in advance to stay here so if you dont like it you can,change.
