I was there and it's not my cup of coffee for a many reasons.

 

But I don't think it's for expats only, it's not like soi Bukhaow XXL with old expats, sitting in quiet bar and drink cheap beer all day. The most reports about raids for underage girls that I cached were from Jomtien. So I think there's the same bar scene as in Pattaya. But somehow very boring.

I am pretty fit and dont mind a walk but , fuck that !

Have you seriously walked from Jontiem beach to Patts ??

If so , you must have stopped at various watering holes along the way .

Its less than a hour, because I've walked it as well.

 

Yes, much easier to pay 20bt for the bus
