Can anybody name this place?

Having taken a wander on pattayaphotoguide found a bar on the corner of Soi Bukaouw with what appear to be large rooms with impressive balconies.

However I can't seem to find a name for the damn place.

 

Quite a large building on the junction of Bukaouw and Diana. Opposite the family mart.

The bar has a few pool tables.

 

Can somebody please put a name to this place.

looks like it could be called 'charlie place' as there's an orange sign on each side,

 

have cut through there a few times, but never drank or played pool in there.
